How to cancel
Four steps
- Sign in with the email attached to your subscription.
- Open your member profile.
- Scroll to Cancel your subscription or Manage or cancel plan.
- Confirm the change in the secure Stripe billing portal.

Subscription controls are placed at the bottom of your profile and open the secure billing portal.
What cancellation changes
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the date shown in the billing portal. When paid access ends, member-only load, messaging, and workspace features are no longer available. Account history may be retained for security, disputes, legal obligations, and reactivation.
Cannot access the account?
Reset the password first. Use the newest reset email because older reset links can expire when a new one is requested.
Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges. Review the date and terms shown in the billing portal before confirming.
