Marketplace role

Relocation Manager USA provides a marketplace and communication platform. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not own, inspect, haul, store, insure, broker, guarantee, or take custody of freight or equipment.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for accurate information and for independently verifying identity, authority, insurance, equipment, freight condition, loading requirements, pickup and delivery timing, payment terms, contracts, and the suitability of every transaction.

• Do not post illegal, deceptive, stolen, unsafe, or unauthorized freight.
• Do not impersonate a company, driver, carrier, shipper, broker, or customer.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, scrape, disrupt, or bypass access controls.
• Preserve required transportation and business records.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans provide access to the features assigned to the plan and role. Features, limits, and pricing may change prospectively. Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through the secure billing portal. Cancellation ends future renewal according to the billing provider’s displayed terms; it does not automatically reverse prior charges.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee load availability, rates, profit, response time, payment, equipment condition, carrier performance, pickup or delivery timing, or user behavior. Marketplace listings are informational, and each user decides whether a load, rate, company, or transaction fits their needs.

Disputes and limits

Transportation, payment, damage, delay, cancellation, fraud, and performance disputes are between the participating parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relocation Manager USA is not liable for freight loss, theft, damage, nonpayment, misrepresentation, off-platform arrangements, or user conduct.

Account enforcement

Access may be limited or suspended for fraud risk, abuse, nonpayment, security issues, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Users may not evade a restriction by creating another account.
